Key roles:

· Take care Mi Community (Event, content, article and relationship with Mi Fans) make Mi Community is the best community in Việt Nam market (more than 257,007 member until now), make Mi fan feel honor (by online & offline event) and help Xiaomi to release product information and push sale out, Make Redmi Note 7 and Redmi 7 is a top 1 sale out in VN, increase the market share from 5% to 10.7%

· Take care Social media (Facebook, youtube, TikTok, Instargram). Collaboration with HQ to open the 1st official TikTok account from the mobile brand in the market. Create the content and videos, campaign to support sale out for Redmi note 7, make Redmi Note 7 be a smart phone for everyone.

· Take care offline event and launching event, bring the 1st MI POP Run from global came to Việt Nam, make a good image for Mi fans about Xiaomi, Xiaomi not only take care your phone, but also care your health. Make Xiaomi Launching event look like a festival for Mi Fans and Media make sure they have a good experience and share on media channel, and make Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 8 is always on top trending compare with competitor (Samsung, Oppo, Huawei...)

Key achievements:

A. Mi Community:

· Mi Community increase from 130,000 member to 257,007 (increase 97,6%) only in 11 months

· Maintain the article and online activity on Mi Community web site 735 threads and 19 online events in 11 months

· Created and maintain the facebook group for Mi Fans, 5 province and 1 big group total member > 9871 member

· Release the information and organize offline for launching event: Redmi Note 7 launching event, Mi9T-Mi A3-Redmi 7A Launching event, Redmi Note 8 Series launching event.

· Organize the mini offline for Mi Fans after launching event (HCM-HN-ĐN-CT-HP)

B. Social flatform:

· Facebook: maintain and created the content for facebook 2-3 post per day. Created the minigame to get more engagement from fan. Take care live stream part when have the launching event

· Start Tiktok Account and the result until now: 38 videos, 222,2K like, 31,2L follower

· Instagram: maintain the picture on IG, from March to until now, increase from 7k follower to 17,9 k follower (increase 155,7%)

C. Event:

· Come Home with Mi event: this is a thank you party and year end party for Mi Fans in HCM city and another province, have total 130 mi fans

· Redmi Note 7 launching event: organize event and working with agency to finish this event, 150 Media, 100 Mi Fans, 50 partners

· Redmi Note 7 open sale event in Mi Store district 7, have more than 200 Mi fans and sale out more than 150 Redmi Note 7 and Redmi 7 only 1 day.

· Mi POP Run Event: Make a heathy life for Mi Fans by running activity, have more than 200 Mi Fans register and join our event

· MiA3-Mi9T-Redmi 7A: organize for Mi fans part.

· Redmi Note 8 Series: organize event and working with agency to finish this event, 150 Media, 100 Mi Fans, 80 partners

· Back to school campaign: organize 9 events happen in 9 university in HCM and HN, control online and offline event, support sale team to deliver the promotion information

· Take Mi on Event: rive online traffic to Mi Store and help to increase sales. G7 KSP promotion for processors. Drive offline traffic to social media platforms and increase engagements and reach by live streaming. Improve brand awareness. have 100 Mi Fans, more than 255,7K viewer online
